I. Principles of Adjustment

(1) Non-full-time Legal (Non-Law) Majors (035101)

1. The desired major of the first choice should be in Legal (Non-Law) (035101).

2. Non-full-time candidates will sign a training agreement with the Graduate School, individuals, and their current employers. Candidates must have been employed and obtained their employers' consent to pursue graduate studies while working to obtain the corresponding degree.

(2) Non-full-time Legal (Law) Majors (035102)

1. The desired major of the first choice should be Law (Law) (035102).

2. The undergraduate major must be in Law (0301).

3. Non-full-time candidates will sign a training agreement with the Graduate School, individuals, and their current employers. Therefore, candidates must have been employed and obtained their employers' consent to pursue graduate studies while working to obtain the corresponding degree.

III. Adjustment Process

1. The adjustment work will be centrally managed and processed by the Graduate Admissions Office.

2. Candidates fill out adjustment information. Candidates who meet the adjustment criteria should fill out the adjustment voluntary form for our school's majors according to the requirements from April 6th, 00:00-12:00 on the Master's Degree Adjustment Service System of the Chinese Graduate Admissions Information Website (http://yz.chsi.com.cn).

3. The school will determine the adjusted reexamination list based on the candidates' initial test scores, first choice major, adjustment intention, and academic level. After that, the school will send out reexamination notices to the candidates through the online adjustment system. Candidates who click "accept the reexamination notice" in the system will participate in the reexamination held by the university.

4. Candidates who pass the reexamination and are provisionally admitted by our university will receive a "to be admitted" notice through the Ministry of Education's online adjustment system. Accepting the offer within the stipulated time will be considered valid, while failing to accept it within the deadline will be regarded as an automatic waiver of admission qualifications.

IV. Reexamination Time and Mode

1. Reexamination Time: Starting from 9:00 am on April 7th.

2. Reexamination Mode: The reexamination will be conducted remotely through online platforms.

Requirements for Remote Reexamination (Equipment and Environment Preparation for Candidates):

(1) Install software such as Tencent Meeting for the reexamination. Please download and install the client from the official website.

(2) Candidates should prepare a computer, a mobile phone, wireless/wired internet, and a relatively quiet and enclosed venue that can accommodate dual monitor monitoring.

V. Reexamination Requirements

(1) Reexamination Process

The reexamination consists of three parts: professional foundation assessment, comprehensive quality assessment, and foreign language listening and speaking test. All three parts will be conducted in the same examination room.

1. Pre-examination preparation

Enter the Law School notification QQ group, the group number will be published on the Law School official website at noon on April 6th, and then enter the respective reexamination group according to the arrangement made by the staff, with the nickname format modified to "major + name + phone number".

Starting from 15 minutes before the exam, please enter the reexamination group and wait according to the instructions;

2. Professional foundation assessment and comprehensive quality assessment

(1) Examination format and scope

Each candidate has a 2-minute self-introduction, followed by two questions that each candidate needs to answer. The two questions assess the candidate's professional competence and comprehensive qualities, respectively, and are in a 3-choice-1 format. For each question, candidates have 1 minute to prepare and at least 3 minutes to answer.

In the reexamination of the Master of Laws, the Criminal Procedure Law questions are the subject of the professional qualities examination. The comprehensive quality assessment covers five directions: Civil Law, Criminal Law, Chinese Constitution, Jurisprudence, and Chinese Legal History.

3. Foreign language oral test

(1) Oral format

Candidates participate in the oral test through online platforms. Each candidate has a 5-minute oral test, including a 1 minute English self-introduction, 1 minute to prepare for the topic, and 2 minutes to present the topic.

(2) Oral test process

After the candidate finishes the English self-introduction, they will draw one of the three oral test topics pushed on-site and begin the timing for the oral test after the candidate is prepared. The oral test topics may include:

l What is your understanding of the principle of XXXX?

l How to deal with XXXX with law?

l What do you think of XXXX in social lives?

VI. Score Calculation

Total score of adjustment candidates = (preliminary test score/preliminary test total score) * 50 + (reexamination score/250) * 50;

VII. Admission Principles

The school will admit candidates in order of their comprehensive scores, in accordance with the enrollment plan, reexamination admission regulations, as well as the candidates' ideological and political performance and physical health conditions. The results of the reexamination and the total scores will be publicly announced by the school in a timely manner to determine the list of provisionally admitted candidates.

VIII. Supervision and Transparency

1. The Graduate Admissions Work Leading Group is responsible for supervising the adjustment and reexamination process, and has the right to interpret fairness, justice, and the results of the reexamination. They will promptly respond to candidates' questions.
