I. Conference Theme

The theme of this symposium is "The Modernization of Chinese-Style Commercial Rule of Law and the Construction of an Autonomous Commercial Jurisprudence Knowledge System." Specific topics include, but are not limited to:

1. General principles of constructing an autonomous juridical knowledge system in China

2. General principles of modernizing the rule of law in Chinese-style commerce

3. Methodological system for constructing an autonomous commercial juridical knowledge system in China

4. Dialectical relationship between "distinctive theories" and "universal principles" in Chinese commercial jurisprudence

5. Conceptual and methodological innovations in research under the construction of an autonomous commercial juridical knowledge system in China

6. Theoretical reflection on the subjectivity and originality of constructing an autonomous commercial juridical knowledge system in China

7. Specific construction of the academic system, disciplinary system, and discourse system of autonomous commercial jurisprudence in China

8. Other jurisprudential issues related to the construction of the commercial juridical knowledge system in China

II. Submission of Papers

1. Topics must be closely related to the specific themes of the symposium, with clear viewpoints, thorough arguments, and strong logical coherence. The papers must not have been published previously.

2. The article should be no less than 8,000 words and generally not exceed 20,000 words. It should include a Chinese abstract, keywords, and footnotes in the form of bottom-page notes using circled numbering, which should be renumbered on each page. The footer of the first page of the paper should include the author's name, affiliation, position, education, and contact information.

3. The title should be written in font size 3, the abstract and keywords in font size 5 (Chinese), and the main text in font size 5 (Chinese).

4. The deadline for paper submission is November 1, 2023. Please send the paper as an email attachment to the designated symposium email address. Please indicate "15th National Symposium on Departmental Jurisprudence Paper + Author's Name" in the email subject and attachment file name.

5. Excellent papers will be awarded first, second, and third prizes. The winning papers will receive corresponding rewards and will be recommended to core journals such as "Legal System and Social Development" and "Contemporary Law Review." Selected papers may also be published as a collection, depending on copyright regulations.

There is no fee for conference registration or materials.

Strict compliance with the "Eight-point Regulations." The organizers will cover the cost of meals, accommodation, and transportation for invited delegates. Non-invited participants will not be charged for meals but are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation expenses.
