The dean of the Law School, Professor Yang Feng, along with three other professors,have been appointed as the Chief Legal Consulting Experts for the Jiangxi Law Society

Recently, the Jiangxi Provincial Law Society convened its executive council and held a ceremony to appoint the Chief Legal Consultant Experts of the provincial Law Society.

The establishment of the Chief Legal Consultant Experts system is a significant innovative initiative aimed at fully implementing Xi Jinping's ideology on the rule of law, harnessing the comprehensive expertise of legal professionals, and actively supporting the implementation of the strategic goal of comprehensive governance based on the rule of law at a provincial level.In accordance with the requirements outlined in the "Notification by the Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China's Political and Legal Affairs Commission and the Jiangxi Provincial Law Society on the issuance of the implementation opinions on the comprehensive promotion of the Chief Legal Consultant Expert system," and based on recommendations from relevant units, the Jiangxi Provincial Law Society has approved the appointment of 20 individuals as Chief Legal Consultant Experts for the Law Society. Among them, our university's Professor Yang Feng, Professor Tu Shutian, and Professor Xiao Ping have successfully been selected. Both Professor Yang Feng and Professor Tu Shutian attended the appointment ceremony for the Chief Legal Consultant Experts of the provincial Law Society.

The appointment of these three professors from our university as Chief Legal Consultant Experts of the provincial Law Society fully demonstrates the spirit of our school's faculty actively engaging in the service of Jiangxi province's legal construction. This appointment is conducive to promoting collaboration and seeking win-win situations between the Law School and practical departments, ultimately contributing to the high-quality development of the rule of law in our province.
